
A visit from the Southern Oak Bush Cricket
A video about an unusual and peculiar houseguest.
I was walking around in my living room, checking my Rapidophora tetrasperma for thrips when suddenly my attention was caught by the most peculiar looking cricket. Meconema meridionale, also known as the Southern Oak Bush Cricket, is an insect that has moved northwards because of the heating up of the earth.
